Since 2005, the Tuck Women in Business Conference has brought together prospective students, current students, alumni, faculty, and staff for two days of workshops, panel discussions, social events, and more. The Women in Business Conference, known as WIB Conference or WIBC, is a student-run event. The WIB Conference co-chairs work in tandem with the WIB Club leadership team to provide Tuck and the broader community with thought-provoking content and community building.
